Are you an empath? If you find yourself feeling overwhelmed easily and feel like you are sensitive to energies outside you, you may be an empath! Figuring out I was an empath changed my life and I began to see it as a gift rather than a disability. Reiki and energy work seem to come easy for empaths, as we are like highly tuned antennae picking up signals from other people and our environment. The world needs more sensitivity, empathy, and caring, but it can also become exhausting. As an empath, I specialize in helping other empaths on the path to personal power and growth. Although I specialize in working with empaths, I enjoy assisting people on all walks of life in their journey to healing and self-realization.
